Primary Test
    
Test procedure:
    
Exact test method: Three coordinates measure instrument
Made direct and possible tests after procession or discharging in numerical control procession center.

Final test:
1) Test on colophony part: Take charge by products mould maker.
2)Mould test: Take charge by structure maker and assembling maker.
3) Mould test: Affirm action, fill, cooling and stripping condition.
4)Products sample: Test by Three coordinates testing staff, confirmed by designer and customer.
Everyone can be inspector to insure every working procedure and every part suffice requirement.

Quality guarantee and after sale service procedure when mould being used.
1)We will bring forward notice according to structure characters and moulding requirement of mould.
2)We will call or fax for feedback every 20 days during normal producing and make provision that we must answer on that every day if problem exist.
Answer content: Decisions according to requirement follows:
a) Bring forward revising project;
b) Appoint staff for maintenance in time;
c) Return mould to manufacture for revising.
Spare parts:
Commonly we will provide one set of moulding cores within ¢10( including ¢10), one set of top pole within ¢8( including ¢8).
